It was such an awesome visit. I have made all the right move ever since picking up the book on Socrates. The thing Socrates emphasis most is engaging in Conversation. We human are designed to be rationale creatures and for that we're designed to be reasonable. We human are made to communicate and as such we have a duty to our fellow friends, family and statesmen. The belief in this has led me on a journey to engage in conversation and learn meaningful ideas and inspiration. 

I was so unsure of Physics back in Semester 1. Not too long after, I'm a strong follower of the idea & philosophy of Physics. Physics began with Philosophy and so I have learned. Physics is much more a body of knowledge than it is a body of knowledge. I have made tremendous progress in this discipline and now I feel so happy to be powered by this way of thinking. No one can take it away from me, the ability to think, and the choice to make the right decision. 

Prof Phil Chan has seriously made my life incredible. His idea and way of life has rubbed onto me as he is the one who made Physics enjoyable.

I am today, a proud follower of the idea of Physics, and its way of thinking. It is through this subject that I build my foundation of thinking and its idea and it is through this that I rise up from an average person and student to a brilliant thinker. 

From the conversation, I have inherited the right way of approaching the subject. My biggest weakness lies in my poor foundation of mathematics and that I have not yet appreciated that Mathematics is the language of Physics. Until I do, I can not yet appreciate the idea of Physics. And then, another weakness is that I do not scan the text comprehensive enough, and that lecture notes is not meant to replace textbook. It is time that I reinvent the way I approach the subject. Understanding how to understand and learn is the first way towards approaching subjects. 

At the end of my stay in University, I should be independent learners, that I should be able to tackle a textbook and get the right idea out of it. The most thing that can happen is to get the wrong idea, worst than not reading it at all. 

I shall have a new initiative for the next semester

1) Increased emphasis on textbook

2) Consistent work, pre-understanding of text and post understanding of text

3) Consistent testing of ideas & appreciating the context of idea. 

4) Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge. 

5) Maths and Physics are married, with Philosophy as the Teacher. 

I'm gonna be a proud product of Education, the proud product of Western Thinking.
